Course Introduction
Learn about simple breathing and meditation tools for educators to reduce stress without allocating hours of time to these practices. This is a self-paced workshop, which acknowledges the extreme stress K-12 educators are experiencing.
Targeted audience: classroom teachers, K-12 leaders and administration, school psychologist and counselors
