Course Introduction

Discover what causes procrastination -- and what do to about it -- in this interactive online workshop. The offering will be structured as a series of four synchronous sessions in which participants learn about key principles that reduce procrastination and apply research-backed strategies to their own contexts.

Targeted audience: Classroom teachers, school psychologists or counselors, K-12 administration and leaders, community leaders, general public
