The overall series learning objective is to recognize ourselves as leaders and to develop skills for (1) identifying the individual assets that each team member brings to the team, (2) using protocols for increasing timely, efficient decision-making, and (3) navigating conflict successfully to make the work of the team productive for the school/district and satisfying for all team members.
You may choose to engage with the whole series or the course that will best meet your current needs.
The series or individual courses will be most effective when completed simultaneously with your team members. This could be accomplished by scheduling time to move through the course together, literally in the same room at the same time, or it could be accomplished by individuals engaging with the content lessons independently and then coming together collectively for the activities, collaborative discussions, and reflections. Whichever way you choose to engage is up to you; however, the goal of this course is to increase your capacity for working with team members and there will be activities that require you to apply your learning or skills with team members.
