Full course description

Course Introduction

This course consists of three one-hour lectures offered asynchronously. Over the course of three weeks, participants will complete activities each week to apply the techniques they have learned for that week.

Learning Objectives

By the end of this course, participants will be able to:

  • Practice relaxation breathing techniques
  • Apply techniques on dealing with thoughts and emotions
  • Practice mindfulness meditaions

*Course has rolling enrollment, begin any day after June 1 and finish the course at your own pace prior to July 16.
